Refund policy

After purchase
Tickets are non-refundable after purchase unless the event is cancelled, or a refund is required by applicable law. Dated leisure-event tickets generally do not carry a 14-day withdrawal right.
If the event is cancelled
If Art and Rave II is cancelled, contact us for a refund of your ticket payment to the original payment method. We will communicate the refund process and expected processing time.
Ticket transfers
You may request a transfer to another approved guest by contacting artandrave@onesidequest.com before the event. Transfers are valid only after the organiser confirms the change. Do not sell or transfer your ticket without approval.
Refunds & disputed payments
A full refund invalidates the ticket. Partial refunds and disputed payments are reviewed by an organiser, who decides the ticket’s admission status. Contact us first if you have a payment problem.
