Your information
We collect your name, email address, phone number and inviter to review invitation eligibility, manage tickets, contact you about the event and check you in. Approval may be matched against previous guest details, including approximate name matching. Payment references and attendance are kept with your guest record. Organisers review guests who are not recognised.
Why we use it
Ticket and event administration is necessary to perform our agreement with you. Invitation review, fraud prevention and limited attendance records serve our legitimate interests in running a safe private event. Accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations. You can object to legitimate-interest processing and request manual review of approval.
Providers & access
Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store your full card details. Lovable Cloud hosts guest records and email services deliver event messages. Only organisers have access to contact details; door staff see names and admission/check-in status only. Providers may process information outside the EEA under applicable safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention & your rights
Guest records may be retained for future invitation review until you request removal or they are no longer needed. Accounting information must be retained for the statutory period. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object. You may complain to Sweden’s privacy authority, IMY.
Site storage
We use essential storage for sign-in and payment processing. The site records page views, a browser session identifier and referring pages for audience statistics, without storing guest contact details in those statistics.
